Customer Service Center Closed January 13 - February 28, 2022

Due to the recent spike of COVID 19, M1W's Customer Service Center located in the Ryan Ranch Business Park will be closed Starting January 13 to February 18, 2022. For wastewater emergencies, please call the treatment facility at 831-883-1118.

To Make a Payment: 

Monterey One Water offers a variety of options for paying your sewer bill.

Pay Online

Visit our secure Online Payment Portal to pay your sewer bill; no online account is required. Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card) or e-check from your checking/savings account are accepted. Available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
A small convenience fee applies when using this service. 

Pay by Phone

To pay your sewer bill over the phone using your bank account or credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover):
